Coaching Packages in St. Charles IL

I offer short term and long term 1:1 coaching packages in St. Charles IL to meet your needs as you navigate life’s major transitions such as divorce or career change. All packages may be renewed as needed. A session is typically conducted by phone or Zoom for up to 60 minutes at a time. In person sessions are available and will be discussed directly with each client as necessary.

• Package A – 3 sessions for $499
  Short term partnership for scenarios including but not limited to:
  • Divorce Coaching-
    • I know I want a divorce; how do I get started?
    • How do I find the right attorney for me?
    • How do I tell my spouse I want a divorce?
    • Should I keep the house? How does all the financial stuff work?
    • My divorce is almost over, how do I move forward?
    • I don’t know what I need yet, I just know I need help!
  • Career Coaching-
    • Help! I got laid off and don’t know what to do.
    • I know I want to change jobs but don’t know where to start
    • I’m applying all over the place and am not getting any traction
    • Can you look over my resume for me and see what I need to do differently?
    • I think I’m entitled to raise but don’t know how to approach my boss or negotiate.
    • I have different offers from different places. How do I figure out which is right for me and how do I negotiate the best package possible?

• Package B – 5 sessions for $599
  Project specific sessions including but not limited to:
  • Divorce Coaching-
    • Preparing for mediation or other steps of the legal process
    • Building a parenting plan that is in the best interest of the children
    • Negotiation strategies and implementation for a successful financial settlement
    • Post-settlement conflicts including ongoing parental interference, renegotiation of child support, and repetitive violations of court orders
  • Career Coaching -
    • Additional sessions to dig further into your job search action plan
    • Plus mock interviews with feedback
    • Plus follow up strategies to position yourself as the best fit

• Package C – 12 sessions for $1200
  • Divorce Coaching
    • High conflict divorces that involve manipulation, intimidation tactics, parental alienation, abuse, addiction, or personality disorders. These cases usually include additional legal professionals such as a Guardian Ad Litem (GAL), court ordered mediators, and other neutral parties. The relationship between the parents is highly contentious with minimal ability to work together towards an appropriate resolution.
  • Career Coaching
    • Business Executive Coaching – long term relationship for ongoing coaching and feedback in order to achieve certain business goals or aspirations.
